Accommodation at Stary Svět (5 nights)

• Dormitory bed: 630 CZK / ~26 € per person per night

• Shared bedroom (2–5 people): 990 CZK / ~40 € per person per night

You will pay for 5 nights.

 

Food at Stary Svět (5 days)

• 1,690 CZK / ~70 € per person per day

Includes:

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner & late-night dinner

• One homemade lemonade or coffee/tea with each meal

• Buffet-style meals incl. also vegetarian & vegan options

You will pay for 5 days.

• Food and accommodation are paid directly at Stary Svět upon arrival

• Payment methods accepted:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • Cash in CZK

• It is possible to pay in EUR cash, but an exchange fee applies (1 CZK per 1 EUR)

• Prices for food and accommodation are calculated in CZK— EUR prices may vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate

Cancellation Policy — Bal-Love WEEK

• Before 21.9.2026 - 50% of the total registration cost

• From 22.9.2026 on - 100% of the total registration cost

 

Cancellation Policy — Accommodation & Food (Stary Svět)

• 28–15 days before the event:

  • 25% of the accommodation cost

• 14 days or less before the event:

  • 50% of the accommodation cost

  • 30% of the food cost
